Joe Gammal

Joe Gammal is an innovative team and creative leadership coach, facilitator, and trainer who helps unlock ingenuity and turn ideas into impact.
Joe is the founder of Possibility Bridge LLC, where he works with leaders and their teams to “bridge” diverse perspectives, invent breakthrough solutions to business challenges, create future strategies with shared ownership, and cultivate a safe climate and culture for a more inventive and agile organization to take root. He is also a lead community partner of the Synecticsworld collective, helping to expand the use of Synectics tools, models, and mindsets for collaboration and inventiveness across the world and in everyday lives.
For more than 20 years, Joe has facilitated catalytic invention, strategy innovation, and deep insight-led innovation projects. He has trained and coached hundreds of leaders, teams, and facilitators across industries and around the world. Clients have included companies such as Philips, Intuit, Gillette, Yum! Restaurants, Queensland Rail, Blue Cross Blue Shield, National Grid, and United Way.
Passionate about enabling youth, Joe is the founder of Imagine Corps, an innovation learning and community service initiative that equips teens – our future change-makers — with 21st-century creative and collaborative problem-solving skills while pairing them with non-profits to create real change in their communities.
In addition to his own consulting work, Joe is a leadership facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), and a member of the AI Readiness Co-Lab with Content Evolution. He is a frequent guest lecturer in creativity and innovation at undergraduate and graduate schools, including Harvard, Framingham University, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is also an adjunct professor of Collaborative Innovation, an NLP practitioner, and a frequent presenter at creativity conferences.
Previously, Joe held executive and worldwide product marketing roles at Apple, Hasbro, Arthur D. Little, and IBM. He was co-founder and Director of Hasbro’s Interactive Play and Kids Software Division, and product marketing manager for Apple’s first line of sound-capable displays. Joe was VP of Market Development for a technology and design spin-off of MIT, and a management consultant with Arthur D. Little. He has extensive experience in helping to start and grow new internal businesses, including brand management and worldwide product marketing, from concept through launch and ongoing demand generation.
He earned his BS with Distinction in Information Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.
His personal interests include travel, pickleball, and community theater— both acting and serving on the non-profit board of his local arts center. Most of all, he enjoys learning from and adventuring with his sons and family near Boston.
