Joe Giordano, Synecticsworld

WALTHAM, MA (October 7, 2013) – Synecticsworld and the School of Business at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) are happy to announce that Joseph Giordano, Principal at Synecticsworld, has been named Executive In Residence at SNHU. As a Principal with Synecticsworld, the expertise he will tap into and bring to SNHU lies within his work with global organizations in creating and sustaining a creative, collaborative and innovative culture. His work with Synecticsworld and overall professional experience involves change management; leadership, management and organizational development; strategic planning and product invention work–especially driving innovation through consumer and customer insightfulness.

Over the next 12 months, as the Executive In Residence, Giordano will undertake three primary functions:

• To help launch new programs or consult on projects, with the backing of the University or organization within the University;
• To assist in the evaluation of potential activities or undertakings at the University that are designed to engage students and faculty in learning and development;
• To provide functional expertise to assist students, faculty and staff through coaching, mentoring, training, speaking and consulting in specific areas of knowledge that connects with the Synectics Body of Knowledge.

Additionally, Giordano will provide consulting, networking, mentoring and coaching services to members of the administration who are engaged in projects that drive growth and development of the University. This consulting will include assistance with strengthening business plans, providing marketing and research services and products like SD Wan or service development. These business services will include students, faculty and staff in the process and will provide skills and experiences to the students that can be applied to their learning and lives.
