Terry K. Gilliam
Terry joined Synecticsworld after successful careers as a CEO, COO and CFO in banking and manufacturing. He holds a Master of Science in Management degree with honors from Stanford Business School, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
At Synecticsworld, Terry has worked internationally with a diverse group of clients including Discovery Communications, CitiGroup, USBank, Pioneer Investments, Wm. M. Mercer, Gap, Kraft, Coca Cola, Halliburton, Newmont Mining, Nike, Royal Caribbean International, Stolt-Nielsen, Aurizon, APL/NOL, GlaxoSmithKlein and Bristol-Meyers Squibb on a range of projects related to strategy, organizational behavior and development, and business practice innovation and simplification. He is A U.S. patent holder and has been published in both Bank Marketing and American Banker.
Terry’s current practice focus is on providing personal coaching to C-level executives on organizational and interpersonal issues. He also works with executives and their organizations’ leadership teams to bring about high performance strategies. Terry is a member of the International Coaching Federation, a graduate of Strozzi Institute and a NLP Certified Practitioner. He is a member of CAPT and is a MBTI Master Practitioner with advanced training in using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator in executive coaching and in organizational behavior and design.
Terry lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Terry likes to sail with family and friends, cycle and stay fit.
