Joe Gammal – Managing Partner
Joe is a Managing Partner of Synecticsworld, working with leaders to build innovative organizations that create valuable growth and meaningful change. He is a sought-after coach, facilitator, and trainer helping teams to invent and implement breakthrough solutions to key business challenges, and imbed capabilities for a culture of creativity innovation to take root.
Joe’s Consumer Insight and Insight-led Innovation work has helped clients create new products, experiences, and strategies that connect with underlying motivations of their customers. His strategy and business process innovation work has helped clients envision an inspired future and plan a course for achieving it. Joe has facilitated projects and conducted innovation leadership and team training across North America, Asia Pacific, and Western Europe. Recent clients include Philips, Intuit, Staples, Rubbermaid, Bayer, Sealy, Gillette, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Boston Children’s Hospital, Constellation Wines, and Yum! Restaurants.
Before joining Synecticsworld, he held a number of senior marketing and product marketing positions with Apple and Hasbro, including founder and Director of Hasbro’s Interactive Play and Kids Software Division, and product marketing manager for Apple’s first line of sound-capable displays. Joe was also VP of Market Development for a technology and design spin-off of MIT, and a management consultant with Arthur D. Little. He has deep experience in helping to start and grow new internal businesses including brand management and worldwide product marketing – from concept through launch, and ongoing demand generation. Joe received a BS with Distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.
Joe has a real passion for helping others — especially helping them to create personal, team, and organizational breakthroughs. He is an NLP practitioner, adjunct professor, and frequent creativity conference presenter. He is also the founder of Imagine Corps – a learning and community service program for youth.
His other interests include travel, pickle ball, a little acting and serving on the board of his community theater, islands and, most of all, learning and exploring with his sons. Joe and his family live in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
