Sitting in session when people are imagining and creating is an intense experience. It’s like being invited into the most intimate part of their world for just that fleeting moment. I’m responsible for gathering and protecting all information which happens live in creative sessions. You can think of what I do as tapestry; respectfully taking the threads being created and with the team’s guidance, weaving them together so that they have the support and necessary tools for their future journey.
