Caroline joined the Synecticsworld team after a successful 20 years in advertising. In Toronto and London, England. Caroline led award winning campaigns for many iconic brands including Coke, Air Canada, Harley Davidson, Gossard Bras and Vaseline. Caroline also managed to squeeze in a career as a Handbag Designer in her spare time.Her bags were featured on the television show, Will and Grace and one of her bags was even carried at the Oscars.
Caroline prides herself on her strong client relationships, creative eye and ability to provide a nurturing environment for everyone to work at their best. She also assists with Synecticsworld’s Innovation Training courses, placing a focus on creative problem solving and innovation process. Caroline brings her zest for life to everything she does. She likes nothing more than spending time with her husband (whom she calls the best of Britain) while lounging in their dream home. They love entertaining and traveling through Italy. Caroline is proud to be a certified NLP practitioner.
