Bob is currently President of RS Solutions, LLC which is a consulting firm committed to assisting leaders in the assessment, planning and execution of change through people.
- Prior to founding RS Solutions, LLC , Bob was a Worldwide Partner in Mercer Consulting’s Human Capital business and Global Business leader for its HR Effectiveness Practice. Prior to his retirement from Mercer in 2011, Bob re-located, in 2009, to Mercer’s Dubai office providing trusted advisor services to senior C-suite officers in the Eastern Europe and Middle East market.
- Bob has more than 30 years of experience in both consulting and management roles. Bob’s consulting work focuses on the leadership of operationalizing large-scale change through people. His clients include large national and international organizations in the higher education, automotive, energy, health care, banking, professional services, and steel industries.
Before joining Mercer, Bob founded a consulting firm specializing in administrative expense control and culture-based acquisition, divestment, and merger analysis. Prior to this role , Bob held management positions in data processing, corporate planning, finance, and corporate consulting with a Fortune 50 energy corporation.
- Bob has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, a master’s degree in computer science, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Bob also formally trained on effective facilitation techniques at Synectics in Cambridge, MA.
- Bob is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a past board member of the Foundation Board of the Community College of Allegheny County, and a Board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Western PA.
